How to copy an item (file cabinet, etc..) from one PC into another? How to back up an item ?

PC 1 and PC 2 are not connected to the same data base.

Note: To back up, instead of copying into the second PC (step 4) , keep the data on a removable media (USB Key, CD...)
If the item size is not huge, it's easier to get the same result by sending it by mail from PC1 to PC 2
